Website governance is a powerful website data tool which includes information of different committee formed in the college. It also contains different approval letters of college. There are total twenty three committees which looked after different matters of the college related to academic and college development. The goals, role responsibilities and constitution of each committee are provided in detail.

Goals

The aims of establishment and working of all committees are

  1. To formulate policies for the efficient working of the college.
  2. To bridge the gap between staff and management of the college.
  3. To create awareness amongst students and parents regarding the working of the college.
  4. To create proper linking between the apex bodies governing the college and the institution.
  5. To work in tandem for the growth and development of all the stakeholders of the college.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. To prepare / schedule the meetings for all committees.
  2. To keep record of all appointment orders and guidelines for all committees.
  3. To co-ordinate the activities of conduction of meetings as per schedule of all the committees.
  4. To replace / approve new committee members with permission of authorities.
  5. To ensure or confirm all required committee meetings have been conducted as and when required.
  6. To store all committee registers in a proper way and provide them as and when required.
